I have some new Ideas for this mostly empty and directionless blog. Hence my new slogan, “Crystals I Find in The Cloud.” I have never seen crystals used to describe web content before but it seemed like a fitting metaphor as clouds are made of water vapor and crystals.
I regularly participate online through friendfeed, twitter, and other social networks. So I am going to use these methods as a basis for my blog. I’ll try to write at least 1 post per week about something I found in The Cloud.
I have also noticed that most traffic being driven to this site is from the Obama wallpaper that I made during the primaries. Last time I checked it was ranked 23 on a Google Images search for “obama wallpaper.” However, I did see it ranked 7 at one point. So I have decided to also use this blog to practice my design skills and create more wallpaper and other free content. So expect more wallpaper soon.
CAR is the name for a new regular posting that am starting. The first web app I’m going to review is a concert finding service. Songkick is a web application that asks you for 3 of your favorite artists. Then it searches for upcoming concerts in your area. Here is the review:
